PLEASE NOTE: The only meal included in the tour price is breakfast.
Starting in the centre of London this cycle route is called the ‘Garden of England Tour’. Following the River Thames to Gravesend the route then takes you through the county of Kent (known as the Garden of England). You will cycle along a traffic free cycleway beside the Medway Canal to Rochester before crossing the River Medway to Chatham. After a stop at Canterbury (famous for its cathedral), minor country roads take you past many places of interest such as Faversham and Whitstable, reaching the coast at Sandwich. The last stage of the route is along the North Sea coast to Dover and your destination on this tour. The final morning you catch the train or ferry with your bike and continue your journey.
